COSTUME CONTEST SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
📅 Submission Deadline:
All photo entries must be submitted by midnight on May 2, 2025.
Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered for the contest.
🧀 Eligibility:
Photos must have been taken during the 2025 California Grilled Cheese Festival, held on April 12–13, 2025.
Only festival attendees are eligible to participate. Vendors and volunteers are not eligible for entry.
🏆 Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by the event organizer and announced by May 9, 2025.
The organizer reserves the right to:
• Select one winner per category, or
• Select multiple winners per category representing each festival date (April 12 or April 13)
Submitted photos that are selected as winners will be featured on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). If you do not wish to have your photo featured, please let us know at info@sacgrilledcheese.com.
